If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return unwanted items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to their nature the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalised items including crowns
- Digital downloads
Customer Satisfaction is our main priority here at Georgie Belles Boutique and therefore we ask that you contact us should there be any issues with your order giving us the chance to rectify this issue for you.
